Terms of use
What you can expect from this site, and what it does not promise.

Purpose of this site
This is the professional site of Gabriele Chibbaro, an independent software consultant. It exists to describe past work and the services on offer. Nothing here is a binding offer, a quotation, or the start of a professional relationship.
Content and intellectual property
The text, case studies, articles, diagrams and design of this site are mine. You are welcome to quote passages with attribution and a link back. Republishing whole pages or articles, or using this content to train a model presented as original work, is not permitted.
Product names, company names and logos mentioned belong to their respective owners and appear here descriptively.
Client work and confidentiality
The case studies describe work carried out for clients and research groups. They are written at a level of detail agreed with the parties involved: architecture and approach are discussed, proprietary code, client data and commercial terms are not. Where a project is marked as confidential, the absence of links is deliberate rather than an omission.
No warranty
The content is provided as is. Technical opinions reflect my experience on specific systems under specific constraints, and are not advice for your situation — an architecture that was right for one company is regularly wrong for the next. Acting on anything written here is your decision, and I accept no liability for the outcome.
I make no promise that the site is available without interruption or free of errors.
External links
Links to other sites are offered for convenience. I do not control them and am not responsible for what they contain.
Changes
These terms may change. The date above always reflects the current version, and the full history of this page is public in the site repository.
Governing law
Italian law applies. For any dispute, the courts of the place where I am established have jurisdiction.
